The only thing I can see is that you don't have it fixed in the Windows Explorer...
So is this what you did...? Open Windows Explorer Organize >> Folder and Search Options >> Folder Options >> View Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" http://www.howtohaven.com/system/sho...explorer.shtml
