Default Formulating amount of time traveled with specific times

I want to be able to make a formula for: 7:30 am - 7:45 am to get the amount of the time traveled from and to the job.



Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

Subtract the earlier time from the later time and you will get the elapsed time.
