Default Syncing data between two excel workbooks using multiple criteria

Good Day,



I have an extensive database from which monthly reports are generated and sent to various officers for their comments, after which the comments have to be inputted back to the master database. I cannot (or do not think I can) use VLookup because there may be multiple periods with similar data so I need to use 3 fields as the search criteria (Name of Borrower, Financial Report and FYE/ Period). The information has to be inputted in the column labeled Comments.

Can anyone assist?
