Hello,
I have applied alternate row highlight formula that is =MOD(ROW(),2) but when I use merge and centre vertically that is column wise I am unable to maintain alternate row colors that is white and the color that I have chosen. I get consecutive white or consecutive rows of color that I have chosen.please guide. |

That is one of the reasons why one should use merging ONLY for cosmetic purposes.
If merged cells contain formula or are referenced by one, they are nothing but trouble. Merging should be avoided
