Default Graphs & Slicers

Hi All ... New to the group and I'm struggling
I have 2 sites in Europe that have the same performance measures
I want to create 7 KPI's that have individual graphs for each one, and then create one set of slices that when changed all of the graphs changes as well.
I:e
I might want to pick Site 1, Yr 2015, Qtr 1, Month Jan and then all the graphs show me the performance for that period for there respected KPI's

So Far I've created a Workbook Tab1 is where I want graphs and the slices to live in Tab 2 is where I've laid out my data in a table with eleven columns the headings of those columns are
Site
Yr
Qtr
Month
KPI1

KPI2
KPI3
KPI4
KPI5
KPI6
KPI7

I have a sample workbook is added to this thread

Question
1. How should I lay out the data,
2. How do I link the slices so all the graphs change at the same time

Thanks In advance for any help and guidance
