Default Excel 2007 crashing for single user

Excel 2007 on XP - getting following error:

Faulting application excel.exe, version 12.0.6611.1000, stamp 4e5d44a0, faulting module excel.exe, version 12.0.6611.1000, stamp 4e5d44a0, debug? 0, fault address 0x00a51d00.
This only happens for 1 user in the department, others can use the same spreadsheet with no problems, also if any other user uses her workstation, the same SS work fine, I've even removed the SS from the network drive and put it on her local C:\Temp folder, still same issue. She can use another PC, and it runs fine, so have tried the following on her workstation:
  • Ran Office Diag - no problems found
  • Re-installed MSO (SP3)
  • Removed her local profile, then she logged back in creating a new profile
  • Built a brand new PC with MSO sp3
Any help in this matter would be really helpful, I need some help with this as it is now started happening to another user in another department using a different SS.
