Multiple menu for Drop Down
Here is the issue. Trying to help out my HR to make it easier for them. They have a Excell file with 30 worksheets for each day. Each worksheet has the shifts for that day and they type the person who is doing that shift into the worksheet. Now, there are 100+ positions each day and 410 workers. I have created a date sheet and have enabled them to select a drop down menu but t comes up with all 410 employees.
I would like to be able to split them into 8 groups based alphabetically and enable them to select a drop down menu ie AtoB as 1st selection then a sub menu would apear with all the A-B names. I have already split them into seperate columns and named them but unsure if this can be done. Cheers Excel 2010 |
