Disallow Save AS and printing
Hello
I have a workbook that I will be using in a workshop. Each attendee will have their own workbook that requires updating. It will be located on the cloud (Dropbox or Google drive - unsure which is best yet). They need to be able to update the content however I need to ensure they cannot SAVE the file to their laptop. I need to maintain ownership of the workbook as it is my IP. Any thoughts or suggestions on how i can make this work please? TIA |

Anything of that nature would at the very least require a macro - which is easily defeated. Furthermore, unless you can configure Dropbox or Google Drive to allow the files to be opened but not downloaded or transferred to the user's own folder, you've got no chance of stopping someone from simply making as many copies as they like.
