I can't tell what you want to do. The data table from which you are making the pivot does not appear to have data headers, just more data in the first row.

Furthermore, all of your data, aside from some dates, is text. Pivot tables are useful tools for summarizing and performing operations on grouped data which I just don't see here.

What exactly do you want to do?
