Default Template within a workbook?

I have a workbook where the first sheet is a form we've build that references tables on sheets 2 and 3 that are unchanging. Is it possible to make a template of sheet 1 that can be used to add more sheets still referencing the same tables that sheet 1 does?

Just keep the first tab as your blank master form and copy the tab as needed.
