Sync Issues

I am new to this forum and need alittle help in resolving some issues with a attendance tracker I am trying to put together. I built three key elements, officer list, calendars (mar 2015), and Officer attendance report. My goal is to use the monthly calendar to input the type of occurrences but also to track the different types of absences. If the threshold is met, then I want to use the report to pull data from calendars, compile the types and show the specific patterns.

My issue right now are two elements, the first is I am using a drop down menu to choose the employee. Once chosen, elements from the officer list such as position, scheduled and other data will populate the form. I have attempted to use vlookup, index/match and other combinations but none have worked.

Also, as part of the calendars, I begun to used six specific elements for tracking purposes, I am able to choose the type of attendance to populate the calendar but also calendar on the report.

Is there a way to sync all of this? I enclosed a skeleton of the tracker for review. thanks in advance for any assistance.

Put the concatenated officer's name to the left of the columns you want to look up and the VLOOKUP should work (attached). If that looks like it works, maybe I can dive in further.

I like how you've made good use of named ranges and even the Format as Table functionality, at least for the table on the Officer List tab.
