Default Question abou Pivot Tables

I hava spreadsheet that contains the following data:
Customer, Invoice, Project_Num, Project Mgr, invoince Amount.

every row in the project_num field contains the value of 1. This so when I create my pivot table I can sum this field for a total number of intoices per project manager as well as total of invoice amounts.

After creating the pivot table it shows the data as follows:

Project_Mgr SumOfProjects:
SumOf Inoices:

Is it possible for it to show the summary information horizontally instead of vertically?

Project_Mgr SumOfPorjects SumOfInvoices

Also, once I close the windows that displays the PivotTableFields I can not figure out how to get it back?

Can anyone help?

Ok, I have figured out how to get my pivot table fied list back. If you point to the pivot table data and right mouse click you can selec the option "show pivot table fields".

however, I am still not sure how to display my data horizontally instead of vertically. Is this even possible?
