Default Conditional Formating

I want to show the duration time with begining and ending time in Sheet2 with colorizing.
There is an example in Excel Sheet.
When I enter a date both begin and end time, my manager want to see the block time in month.
I colorized the Sheet 2 with hand made, but we want to system and formulas for this question.
Thanks for your aid.
Best regards.
