Default Is a method to slip label rows to be always above of file?

Hi, I have a problem with Excel and hope to find the answer for it here. Thanks for any help.

In the following attached picture of my Excel file, I need to see the first row to distinguish what I should write in different cells, but after row 23, I cannot see first row and obligated to come up for every cell to see first row. It is very hard when the number of rows increases, for example more than 100.

I want to know is there a method to simplify this? For example, if there is a method to slip the first row in above the file, I can find it every time even when I am in row 100. So, I am not obligated to come up to see row 1. Is there such a method?

Thanks for any help.
