Default Select which labels to display on horizontal axis on line chart

I’m working with line charts, and labels on the horizontal axis. Is there any way to get them midway between tick marks instead of on the tick marks? As an example, the work sheet has 12 entries, with a tick mark and vertical grid line every 4 entries. I want the display on the horizontal axis to start with the 3rd entry, not the first, and then then show every 4th entry after that.

On the attached Excel document, the labels are at 0, 4, 8, and 12. Is there any way to make them be at 2, 6, 10, and 14?
