I think I have everything figured out...... or at least I have stop gap measures put in place.
I made a " --Select--" option for all the dropdowns and set it as the default so the blank lines don't show. I tried to do a dynamic list but it wasn't working well so I will continue to look at that but at least I have a decent fix in place that will work. The formatting seems to be fine as I changed a few things and everything looks okay. I think I'm good to go!!!!!!!!!!! Your help is very much appreciated. I can't thank you enough.

Okay...... I spoke too soon.
Looks like I can't set all the drop downs to " --Select--" as it now looks at this as an entry and it adds these in on the counts.
Uggggggg. Back to the drawing board on this one.
