Default Assigning tasks

Hi

I have a problem on assigning tasks to my workmates based on location numbers. On the attached document you'll find my last week's assignments (see the Location and the Name Column). Nothing will be different every week except for the template numbers which will be updated. But my problem is that I'm doing all the assignment manually week after week. What I'd like to do this week is take the last weeks assignment and replicate this week. Is there any way I can do that?

How are the 2 columns related? I did a quick filter and cannot see any real pattern- how are the names assigned to the location? If it was a case of everything between 1000-2000 going to A, 2001-3000 going to B etc it would be simple, but it doesnt appear to be the case. Bit more info would be useful so we can seethe link is.

Glad you asked.
You see the excel is system generated. Originally the spreadsheet would look like the one I had attached except without the NAME column which I had manually added. And the Template column is updated on a weekly basis depending on the transactions.
Because I know all the locations by heart I had added the Name column and simply jotted down the names (Assignees) according to the locations they work on. My problem is that I have to regenerate the excel every week (maybe less) to show the assignees their work progress and I have to write the name column every time which is boring b/c sometimes the lines sometimes reach more than 5000. Is there any better way to do it in the long run? I hope it's clear now and I really don't know that much when it comes to excel and your help would be much appreciated.
