Default Name mismatch b/n two columns

Hi
How do I identify name mismatch between two columns. Each cell has a persons last name followed by a backward slash then his first and middle name afterwards (middle name might not always be included).
If one of the three names on the first column is similar to any type of the names on the second then I want it to mark as acceptable. I am a dummy when it comes to Excel and I'd appreciate it if anyone can help me on this. My Thanks

Kindly check ad help me in a matter of good time please check the right moment when it is all
