Formula works in Excel on my computer, but not on my PDA
The formula:
=IF(B1="","",8.55+LOG(B3-B2/4)+0.033*((B1-32)*5/9-25)) works just fine on every excel version I use. But when I try to enter it into my Palm Tungsten E2 PDA I get the error message: "Function contains too few arguments" and the ) after the 4 is highlighted as a problem. My PDA uses DataViz Sheet to Go and it's supposed to be creating native Excel Files. And the spreadsheet works just fine with other less complicated formulas. My cell format options are General, Fixed, Scientific, Currency, Percent, Text, Date, and time. And I have the format option set at General. Please help me.....thanks. |

Perhaps (just guessing), your PDA's version of Excel requires the LOG function's optional base argument to be specified:
... + LOG(B3-B2/4, 10) + ... |
