Default Assigning the Legend to Data Columns

We have created a bar graph which has multiple groups of bars.

The graph shows how many emails have been received in each area for each week.

There are 4 bars for each week. We would like to assign the legend to each bar within the graph so that each one is labelled with the area that it is covering.

Week 1:
Administration
Document control
Planning
Reporting

Week 2:
Administration
Document Control
Planning
Reporting

etc.

Is it possible to do this in excel?

Thanks,

JE.
