Default Problem with Microsoft Excel 2016

For example I have fileA and fileB

When I open fileA then Minimize it to Taskbar

And I open fileB ..... Why fileA is restore to previous position, instead of stay in the Taskbar ?

I want fileA stay in the Taskbar like any other software! (eg MS Word)
Are there any anyway to change it in the Options ?

Thank You
