June 23, 2015
June 27, 2015

Select the column, Data > Text to columns > Finish

Then format however you like.

You mean divide this data in one cell to 3 separate cells, then can I combine to get date format? ( may use "& function" or concatenate)
How to identify month to this?

No.

1. Select the column

2. Select the Data tab

3. Press the Text to columns button.

4. Press Finish.

Another quick and easy way is to do this a find and replace, commas for commas. This is the way I used to do it in the good old days before Text to Columns came along.
