How can I delete the distance between the number and the walls of a cells?
Hi, I want to know how can delete the distance that is between numbers and the walls of a cell? For example, in the attached pic, if I want to delete the red distance; for so, I shorten the length of the cell and this distance is not deleted and only .35 changed to .4 and this is not what I want.
For example in Word we can do this via Page Layout>Spacing but there is not a Spacing part in Excel!! |

You can format the cell to display two decimals (format 0.00), but when you make the column too narrow, it will display as ###. You cannot completely eliminate the space between columns.

Because Excel isn't a true wysiwyg application, what you see on screen isn't necessarily an accurate reflection of what will be seen when you print the document. One symptom of this is that, if you minimise the column width at a particular zoom setting, then change the zoom, the margin may seem to increase/decrease disproportionately and numbers may even changed to ###. Conversely, you can have text that apparently extends beyond the cell borders but actually prints within them. If you want a better appreciation of what you'll see in a printout, do a print preview.
