I have a long report. I want all the columns on one page, but the rows can split across pages. Excel prints too small by default. I've tried the following:
- Scaling a percentage, but then the columns split. - Fitting to 1 page wide by 4 pages tall, but it squashes the output onto 2 pages. - Increasing the size of the data in the cells, with no effect. |

Have you tried narrowing the columns, whilst allowing them to use text-wrapping? This is only useful for columns containing text.
Have you considered changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape? Have you tried reducing the page margins?

This is a fiscal report so the first option wouldn't work, but the landscape and the smaller margins both worked. Thank you!!!

You could also use a narrower font (e.g. Arial Narrow), which would then allow you to increase the point size for greater legibility.
