How to add time to cell values

Good Evening



I am trying to generate times for an agenda.

Each of the 52 groups the agenda relates to has a different start time.

So I enter start time in cell A2

10 minutes later everyone needs to introduce themselves so I need a formula for cell B2 that will take the value of cell A2 (formatted hh:mm) and add 00:10 to it and output the resulting value

15 minutes later score cards are handed out so I need C2 to be B2+00:15

and so on.

how do i do this on windows 10 in excel 2016?
