Default Count

I need to setup a function to count when I scan equipment stored in a row. For example column a would be the row number, column b would count and column c would be the equipment number. When column a changes to row number 2 the count would start over. It would count

The number of equipment in each row as I scanned the equipment number. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help
