Default Macro to constantly update Field Formula

Hello people,

Im trying to make a document which has a formula field, which need to constantly on the document automatically, i cant use a button, and i need it to update everytime a bookmark changes its value.



Im open to any suggestion that migth solves this problem, also if any of you know how to update a field automatically without adding a button or pressing f9 on the field im on it.

Thanks in advance and i hope someone knows how to do this.

this thread was supused to be in WORD VBA i dont know how to move it there.
