Default Supplier Comparison Scorecard Questions

Hi,

I want to create a supplier comparison scorecard. It should compare
pricing, service quality and responsiveness for the different (7) suppliers per
assignment.

I should be able to give up a % weight per item. And also a percentage
weight per subitem.

Items:
-Pricing (40% weight)
--Price (price height) (50% weight)
--Payment Terms (numbers of days before I need to pay) (25% weight)
--Direct Payment Discount (how much discount do I get before I pay) (25% weight)
-Service Quality (30% weight)
--Ontime shipment delivery (50% weight)
--Ontime document delivery (25% weight)
--Document accuracy (25% weight)
-Responsiveness (30% weight)
--Quotation speed (how fast do I get the quotes) (50% weight)
--Email reply speed (how fast do we get answers) (25% weight)
--Phonecall reply speed (how fast do we get called back in case we called) (25% weight)

I also want a grand total overview over all assignments so that I can see who outperforms a competitor but also out performs over more assignments.

Is there someone who can help me?

I found it quit tough.

Thanks,
Amro
