Finding Capital Letters and filtering them out in an excel sheet

Hi,

I have a list of names that I need to filter out that possibly have their first and last name all in CAPS or their first and last name all in lower case.

Is there a way to filter these names out? I need to figure out which ones have this so I can fix them

By the way this list has over 68,000 names.
