When I click on your link, all I see is a bunch of icons etc. that, when clicked, spawn advertising windows for gambling, etc.

If you want anyone to look at your video, post it on a reputable site like youtube. Otherwise, post your question on a site in your own language or use a translation engine to post on an English-language site.

I suggest you check what filtering you have applied to column A...

Your video clearly shows that certain rows are hidden because you're applying a filter in column B to filter out all rows not displaying '1'. The behaviour is exactly as expected...

I watched your YouTube video, and you are correct, this should happen:

- You filter a column by some field
- Hover pointer over line between a set of hidden rows
- Double-click the icon to open the hidden rows. The icon needs to be the type in the attached image.

I do not know why you are unable to achieve this - your video shows you doing the correct actions. Maybe the version of Excel you are using? Or, what OS are you using? Do you have all updates installed?

My question is, why do you need to do this? Because you hid the rows using filter, so why now do you need to see them? Why not change the filter to bring back the blanks? Then you can see them that way.
