Not knowing exactly what you want, does this help:

Select the area you want, then go to Page Layout > Print Area > Set Print Area

In Print Preview, do you see what you want?

Thank you so much for the reply!
Well, setting the print area is ok but when i print it won't break the single long lines. So it needs more pages to print a single line...It's like printing a poster.

Please if you can and have time try to print my file...It isn't big at all.
Thank you so much again!

About the only suggestions I can offer is change your orientation to Landscape and/or Wrap the contents of the long cell(s)

Thank you for the reply.Unfortunately i can't make it work, maybe i should find someone to do it for me...I have alot of doc files like this one that must be arranged alphabetically and a friend of mine told me that the only way to do it is using excel and not word...
Basically there are 5 doc files.I have to copy/paste from these 5 files all questions starting with "A" , "B" , "C" , etc... and then put them in alphabetical order again.
Tricky....
