Found it !!!
So the first column Mary has 2 Jobs John has 2 Jobs Greg has 3 Jobs Paul has 2 jobs I want to get them into the same column (see second attachment). But want a formula (if there is one) that knows "if 2 rows then XYZ ... then concatate to column C If 3 rows (Greg) then XYZ and concatate to column C
