Conditional Formatting (Detecting Signs/Symbols)
I have a column of cells that have "<3.125", and the new rule I added via conditional formatting is to highlight values that are greater than or equal to 3.125. The values with "<" are highlighted, even though they shouldn't be. Is there any way I can fix this issue so that conditional formatting can detect the "<" without me having to change the values?
