Ok here goes
I hope this is sufficient. I made a sample file. I am actually hoping to accomplish both of my wishlist items in this file. The first being that on Table2 a data validation that limits the choices of names to that location. The second that I can populate the form that an outside person will show up to evaluate the employees on that day.
