Default Pivot Table - How to calculate from Grand Total field

I have a pivot table I added a grand total column. I want to add a calculation using that grand total column, but when I go into insert a calculation field, grand total does not show up under the field list because it was not part of the fields. How do I use it to calculate? Thanks in advance
