another question

I am trying to work out for night shift I start at 22:00 and finish 06:00 and when i do the formula it shows -16 hours but should be 8 any ideas

Try =MOD(end_time-start_time,1) and format as needed

hello,

sorry for the delay, on the back of this how do i do it so it shows 7hrs 30 mins as need to take lunch into account

Depending on how your result is formatted subtract 1/48 ( sexagesimal) or 0.5 ( decimal)
