Time difference overnight
another question
I am trying to work out for night shift I start at 22:00 and finish 06:00 and when i do the formula it shows -16 hours but should be 8 any ideas Last edited by Pecoflyer; 06-04-2015 at 05:02 AM. Reason: Other question - New thread created

Try =MOD(end_time-start_time,1) and format as needed

Depending on how your result is formatted subtract 1/48 ( sexagesimal) or 0.5 ( decimal)
