Default formula, 2 criteria, one result

I have three columns, Column A has the "lookup value", mulitples, column B the dates of entries, column C the criteria I need returned. The data comes in daily, I need the value in column C of the most recent date, (max), in column B for the value in column A

Default excel formula

I need to pull odometer from sheet 2, using Unit # from sheet 1 and Vehicle # from sheet 2, but only the most current date. so one result per vehicle #. sheet two gets data feed live, so sheet one will be updating as new odometer readings come in daily

thank you. I need to look at this more closely. It looks like it is giving me an error where there shouldn't be.
I will get back to you on it.
Again, thank you
