I was able to get the colors by using the conditional formatting and selecting "Format only cells that contain". Now the only thing I have not been able to figure out is I want to also add a conditional formatting to the same column that would change the color based on a selected text in another cell (the two options in this other cell are YES and NO). I figured it would be using the option for a formula (under conditional formatting) but no formulas seem to work. Any ideas?
