Hi,
I have to write run of shows for work and have the data in written form but have to copy paste it all in to our run of show format. This is usually an excel document but could just as well be word. What I am looking for it to be able to copy paste a large chunk of text into a document/spreadsheet and it then searches for certain words and pastes them into the relevant positions on the run of show document. Is this possible? I would also like it to move words which follow other key words and also move times in to the time sections and also work out the duration of each section. Essentially I want to populate a template according to text variables. Please help if you can! Thank you ![]() |

You OP is a bit vague. A sample sheet with what you would like to see happen would help.
