Saving only "DATA" on excel? No white bottom?
I have a strange one for you. I have an employee in our CAD department that has created a table in Excel. He is trying to open it in his CAD program, and it does work, however, the data only takes about 12 lines, then after that you have blank page to the bottom of the document, sort of if you printed the document you would have the data at the top and the rest of the page blank. I know when you print, you can select the data you want to print, but is there a way to just save the area of text so that he does not have to bring over all the white empty space?
Thanks! |
