How to optimize an Excel file
I have a very big (42 MB) Excel file and I have deleted unnecessary worksheets, graphs, etc. but the size remains the same. How can I reduce the file size?

As a quick attempt, I go to the last row of my data, select that row until the last row, right-click / delete those rows. Then I go to the last column of data, select that column until the last column, then right-click /delete those columns. Then I "SAVE AS" the file to a new name. This usually helps. SAVE AS might work all by itself.
