Default Display the cells which add up to a certain sum

Hello all

I have a list of foods and calorie values in Excel. What I want to do is be able to specify a certain value (say 250 calories) and have Excel display the foods which calorie values approximately add up to that total. This could then be used for meal planning.

Can you help me please?

I am not entirely clear on what you want, but if I had a list of foods in one column, then in B column the calories, I would go to the Home tab, then Conditional Formatting and work from here, for example, all foods with calories higher than 250 calories, indicate in Red

You could also go to Data > Sort & Filter >...
to pull out only those foods you wanted
