Default IF Statement

I have got so close to solving this IF statement, but cannot seem to get it right.

I basically want the formula to do the below (the formula will be in J14).

If G14 = Yes and D14 = 2. If this is true then J14 will show the number inside E14, if false it will show J14 will show 0

I need this to work, as this will be the main part to a formula i will create

Hopefully it makes sense what i want
