Default Is there a shorter way to write this formula?

Is there a shorter way to write the following formula:

=VLOOKUP($B328,INDIRECT($D$2&"Dealer15'!$A$5:$BF$4 98"),$J$2,0)+VLOOKUP($B328,INDIRECT($D$2&"Dealer15 '!$A$5:$BF$498"),$J$2-1,0)

Your assistance will be very appreciated.
