Default Timesheet autoformat problem

I have a timesheet and the user wants a line to visually differentiate between weeks. So I did an autoformat to add a border where weekday = 6 (i.e. Saturday).

Checking for February, it looks fine. But in March, it doesn't add a line between the last full week and the last partial. Any idea what gives?
