Hi
I have been asked to put together a spreadsheet that involves data validation (no problem in its simple form). But in this instance I only want to see a limited range of values from a large list, the values to be seen being determined from the entry in another cell. In the example shown on the attachment I only want to be able to select Cost Heads that begin with the value of the last character in the Category i.e. "C" (started to look at using =right(A1,1) but limited by own knowledge. Any thought on how to solve this issue would be gratefully received. Thank you in advance Strategic |
