Default Arrow keys malfunction
I use Excel 2013, and I found out recently that my arrow keys malfunctions whenever my Num lock is on. I am a finance analyst and I need my Num lock to be on almost all the time...

Have you tried plugging in a new keyboard and see if the problem resolves? If yes then it's time for a new keyboard.
