Default Make saving impossible if certain fields are not filled in

I would like to make it impossible for other users to save my file if they do not fill in some specific fields.

I have already tried to solve this by using Data Validation, but this does not work, as you can save without clicking in the specific fields.

Is there a solution?

Unfortunately, I suspect this is impossible

If you use VBA code, you would continually have to update the cells covered

You could resort to Conditioning Formatting to indicate cells that must be filled; however, a file could still be saved
