I manage a large department with several sections that operates 24/7.
I want to create a workbook that: 1. contains an active blank form for all sections Used to input any events needed to communicate to other shifts. i.e. Instrument issues, Special Projects. 2. Each day: Daily events is printed for records. Previous day record is added to cumulative workbook. To track recurring concerns, issues. Active is starts blank again at start of day. Thanks in advance for suggestions/input. |
